We drive on the rear wheels as much as we can.
Drag track - classic straight line with manual gear shifting. The more points you left at the finish, the better. When you enter the territory, you are awarded a certain number of points, which are spent gradually. Plots - a divided area into 4 equal plots.
It includes several types of legal racing, which eventually came to Ryan Cooper - the protagonist of the game. The main game mode remains the same - career. In addition, the NFS developers made a separate tuning for the series, and many players still celebrate the breakthrough in graphics, gameplay, tuning and artificial intelligence. In the game, a system of cars made specifically for certain races was worked out. In this game, the function of complete destruction of the car has appeared, and you can use it, but your rivals do not leave the opportunity to inflict the last blow on you! The gradual destruction of the vehicle will be noticeable. For arcade races, for which the main gameplay of the game was prepared, the engine has become so progressive in terms of controls and graphics that the developers have moved towards realistic battles on racing cars! New damage system introduces more depth of damage (except on the PlayStation 2, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS and Wii versions, where the damage modeling has been scaled down due to the limited processing power, so the damage is similar to the previous titles) where any object in the game world has the potential to inflict cosmetic damage breaking pieces of the car such as the hood, bumpers, side view mirrors, light damage, or heavy damage which reduces performance of a car, and even has the potential to total a car immediately after impact.Race Need for Speed ProStreet Is a completely new engine for its time. In addition to playing the game itself, ProStreet features detailed damage modeling, like previous Need for Speed games (except for High Stakes and Porsche Unleashed) where damage is relatively little or none at all. Points are scored based on speed, angle, and how long the drift is held. In Drift, players drift appears as a rider with the most points scored in the event. This is similar to the Speedtrap events in Need for Speed: Most Wanted. In Top Speed Run races, there are 3 to 9 checkpoints and at the instant a player crosses a checkpoint clock speed and added to the value of the player, the player with the highest cumulative speed wins. Players must be cautious in Speed Challenge at speeds exceeding 200 mph. In Speed Challenge races, players must cross the finish line first to win the race.
Additional points are awarded to drivers who 'dominate' just by holding the fastest time for every segment of the track. In Sector Shootout the track is divided into several segments, with drivers trying to resolve these sectors in the shortest possible time.
In Time Attack, the driver with the fastest overall single lap time wins the event. Group A starts about 10 seconds ahead of group B, both groups race on the same field but only competing against the 3 drivers in their group. The racers are placed into groups based on their vehicles performance potential. Grip Class races take 8 racers and divide them into two even groups. The first rider across the finish line wins.
Normal Grip races that have 2 to 4 laps around a circuit track with up to 7 other racers. In Grip races, there are four different modes (Normal Grip, Grip Class (all versions except for PlayStation 2 and Wii versions), Sector Shootout and Time Attack), the player has a choice to race rough, such as ramming, smashing, or blocking the opponent to win the race, or race clean and follow the given racing lines.
